TICKETING FAQ

Ticketing Info – You’ve got questions, we’ve got the answers! Generally, everything you need to know about your ticket to the show.


Admission is managed by your e-ticket (either a printout or on your mobile phone) matched against your ID. We then give you a wristband to wear which is vital for entering the event. If you are unable to print your tickets before the event and you can’t find your e-ticket on your phone, please bring your order number and photo ID to the on-site box office located at the entrance.

If we are not able to open due to Government restrictions due to COVID-19 all customers who have purchased advance tickets will be contacted and offered refunds or exchanges. 

Customers who purchased tickets for the show (should it be cancelled) will be fully refunded or they can hold their tickets for the rescheduled date. In light of these extraordinary times, tickets will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Credit can be redeemed as full or part payment of tickets/ passses, subject to availability, and can be redeemed in person and by telephone but not online. We cannot however refund tickets/passes or booking fees for purchases if DesignerCon London does take place but you were not able to attend for any other reason.


Each ticket is for one person, but you can re-enter the show anytime (with ID against information on our scanners) so one ticket cannot be shared between friends or the sad person with no spare cash. The wristbands we put on you have to be worn and left on if you want to return the next day. Please don’t remove your wristband and give it to someone else. Demand for tickets will be high. DesignerCon LA attracts over 40,000 visitors so we are expecting a sell out for the much anticipated London event. If someone offers to sell you tickets online, say no. Buy fresh ones from our official box office.

 

If one person buys a bunch of tickets, they will all be issued in the buyer’s name. That’s no problem as long as each ticket is used once by one person. 

We check names against barcodes on each wristband / laminate.

Alternatively our tickets are sold separately through AXS Ticketing and various ticketing agents.

This is for your security and so we can get advance ticket buyers seamless access to ExCeL London. If you need a refund because you made a mistake in ordering please contact the point of purchase.

Tickets are available at the door and they will cost a bit more than buying them beforehand.

General Admission Tickets at the door will cost £25.00/person instead of £20.00.

We are expecting the show to be busy as it will be one of the first consumer shows staged in London after the nationwide lockdown. 

Therefore we would advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment as tickets will be limited.

  2. Contact us with your order details and we will check our accounts

You can show your ticket as a printout or on your smartphone. Once the barcode has been scanned, you will get your wristband or VIP laminate which means the ticket is then used and invalidated. If you’ve bought multiple tickets, you can share them out to your group, but each one can only be used once.

Having fun and meeting all your favorite artists, designers, manufacturers, and vendors! Designer Con was founded in 2006 under the name Vinyl Toy Network. The show was created to bring together artists, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the vinyl toy/collectible figures market. The first show was in an 1,100 sq. ft. meeting room at the Pasadena Convention Center and has now grown into over 300,000 sq. ft. with over 700 vendors, art & custom shows, live demonstrations, and much more. DesignerCon now incorporates everything in the world of design including apparel, plush, printing, sculpture, designer toys, and art ranging from fine to urban.

The hugely successful show hailing from the USA is making its UK debut in 2021.

DesignerCon London 2021 is a three day event on September 3rd & 4th, 2022.

On Saturday, 3rd September, VIP Ticket holders will have and early event preview from 9am to 11am.

Show hours for the general admission ticket holders are: –

  • Saturday, 3 Sept 2022 From 11am to 6 pm
  • Sunday, 4th Sept 2022 10 am to 5 pm.

Yes! Please check the Exclusives Page for a current list and remember that some vendors wait until the day of the show to release their exclusives.
